Korean Traditional Bakery | 韓菓子
Louie Won himself is actually a nationally-licensed language teacher (majored in Teaching Korean as Foreign Language) who currently lives and works in Hong Kong. Living in Hong Kong for almost 3 years, he has been teaching in various language schools, local secondary and primary school and is also currently a part-time instructor in Hong Kong Community College of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Baptist University.
Over the past year, he gets invited by a cooking / baking studio in Kwun Tong as a guest teacher, teaching homemade Korean cuisine such as kimchi, deep-fried chicken, chicken skewers etc. And starting in 2017, he’s going to expand his expertise on baking and teaching traditional buns (韓菓子) at the same time promoting Korea’s cuisine culture.
He can speak Korean (of course :p), fair Cantonese and English. But don’t worry, there will be instant and direct interpretation for all his classes. ♥
