Can you believe this pair of Chip n Dale fondant cakes were made by a boy? Sing was our second student of the private #fondantfun class. He booked a 4-hour session to learn how to make these fondant cakes for his girlfriend on her birthday. How sweet is that? A moist and dense mocha cake were homebaked here and covered with our freshly homemade fondant. (oh yes we made fondant ourselves to make sure no preservatives are added in something you gonna eat!)
今次是第二位跟我們上私人翻糖造型蛋糕課的Sing，沒看錯﹐是一位男孩啊﹗他為了準備這對 Chip n Dale 蛋糕送給他女朋友慶生，跟我們預約了4個小時的課，選用的餅底是自家製濕潤沈厚巧克力咖啡蛋糕，再配上我們新鮮自家製的翻糖與糖膏（沒錯，我們用自己親手調製的翻糖哦，由於沒有添加任何防腐劑，蛋糕跟糖皮一定要拿走後起三天內吃完）。

uh-oh, how adorable! Chip n Dale meant quite a lot to the student and his girlfriend because he bought her a pair when they first visited Hong Kong Disneyland together. Stay sweet (and Happy Birthday Queenie!)
